Meet the coach
Nik (Nikolai) embarked on an extraordinary journey, leaving home at just fifteen to pursue his football dreams with a professional team in Norway. However, life took an unexpected turn after knee surgery and a comeback, leading him down the path of becoming a dedicated personal trainer and mental coach in 2015. His path eventually led him to Australia, where he earned his degree in psychological science.
Nik thrives on mental challenges, most recently conquering ultra-endurance events, engaging in public speaking engagements, and seizing each day as an opportunity for personal growth.
Why did I start Mindbox?
"I'm developing a service that I wished I had as a young aspiring athlete, brimming with determination but lacking the mental composure to channel that drive effectively.
